wow tis been awhile

Hi everyone! Yes I am still here. I now have a new camera and all my files are back and up. I have been out taking pictures, going for rides on Blue Mountain, and trying to get my website up and running. I am now on the web as danaleephotography.com. I am going to be doing all different types of photography as well as photo restoration/retouching and scanning slides and negatives onto cd. We'll see how it goes. Just remember that my website is new and always undergoing changes. Any comments and suggestions are appreciated. Gotta go.

Yea! got my pictures back . . . thank heaven for good computer tech people. New camera coming in a couple of days . . . so excited.

Guess I'm not going to do the challenge this month. Life keeps getting in the way. I just finished putting all of my photos on an external drive (more than 35 gig worth) on Friday. I was planning to back it up on dvd's on Monday. The drive died on Saturday! I've had it less than a month! Now comes the fun of finding someone that can retrieve my data somewhat affordably. Otherwise I might have a major breakdown!!! Hopefully I'll be ready for the next challenge.

Hey everyone! Maybe there is hope for Spring this year. The sun for the last few days has been glorious.


Today we became in debt to our eyeballs again, the bank now owns the house and we have the mortgage.




Yesterday we went for a drive just to enjoy the sunshine and I snapped a couple of picutres so here they are.

I have always loved the curtain in this window of the deserted house. Finally got a pic.
